I've just finished orthodontic treatment by Dr. Hancock of my third child, and once again, I could not be happier. Not only Dr. Hancock, but the techs and the front desk staff are all highly competent, gentle, and friendly.

Two aspects in particular stand out: First, Dr. Hancock is thoughtful and conservative with his treatment plans, preferring to work with the child's body in determining when optimally to start orthodontic treatment, in order not only to minimize time in braces, but also to maximize the stability of the orthodontic modifications once the treatment is completed (and your child "forgets" to wear their retainers as consistently as they are supposed to, lol). Second, Dr. Hancock and his entire team *know* their patients! Each of my children built inside jokes with the technicians and with Dr. Hancock, the orthodontic team grew to know the strengths and weaknesses of my kids, what behaviors they could expect out of my kids, when and how to push them in support of their orthodontic treatment. That was one of the most extraordinary aspects of this office, how they personified that term, "personal attention."

Finally, Dr. Hancock is very sensitive to the financial situations of his clients, and eager to work, non-judgementally, to make orthodontic treatment affordable.

I'm pretty sure I cannot sing the praises of Hancock Orthodontics highly enough :-D
