When you arrive, our friendly team will greet you and guide you through the check-in process. We’ll take the time to learn about your goals and concerns, ensuring that your experience is personalized from the start.
Dr. Matt Hancock will perform a thorough evaluation of your teeth, jaw, and bite. This may include digital X-rays or 3D scans to provide a complete picture of your orthodontic needs. These advanced imaging tools allow us to identify any underlying issues and design an orthodontic treatment plan with precision.
Based on the results of your exam, Dr. Hancock will discuss your options for treatment. Whether you’re a candidate for braces, Invisalign, or another solution, we’ll explain each option in detail and answer any questions you have. We’ll also provide an estimated timeline for your care and what you can expect throughout the process.

During your first visit, we’ll review treatment costs, discuss payment options, and explain how we work with your insurance to maximize your benefits. Patient Rewards
We are starting an exciting patient reward program for our patients. Not only is this a way to have fun, but it also gives us the chance to reward those of you who are dedicated to making your orthodontic treatment a great experience for all!
Here’s How it Works
At each appointment, you will have an opportunity to receive up to three Tokens at each visit if certain criteria are met:
First, each patient will be awarded one Token for excellent oral hygiene — clean teeth and healthy gums. This will be determined by Dr. Hancock or by one of our registered orthodontic assistants. Please feel free to brush once you arrive at your appointment to make sure no plaque is present!
Second, each patient will be awarded one Token for having no broken appliances, such as loose brackets or bands, bent and/or broken wires, and for excellent cooperation with any appliances such as elastics, retainers, etc.
Third, each patient will be awarded one Token for wearing an office T-shirt to his/her appointment. As an added bonus, if you are seen outside of our office wearing your Hancock Orthodontics T-shirt, by any staff member, including Dr. Hancock, you will get TEN tokens!
Bonus! Please bring in your report card each semester and enjoy an extra three tokens for a report card of all straight A’s! Good work deserves to be rewarded.
Tokens may be cashed in at any time for cool prizes. Check the Token book in our reception area for a complete list. We look forward to working together to create beautiful smiles for all and having a wonderful experience getting there!
The Patient Appreciation program is not required, however, we encourage all patients (adults included) to participate!
