My daughter has received excellent care by Dr. Hancock and his staff. They don’t just come in and do great work. They come in and talk to my daughter and show that they have taken the time to get to know her so it becomes personalized for her which increases her comfort level. It’s not just small talk either. Then they do the great work and explain what they’re doing to me and my daughter every step of the way. Never had any issues with scheduling or needing to reschedule.
