The level of care and consideration Dr. Hancock has is top notch! He explains things so well and although he has many patients he doesn’t make you feel like just another number, you feel that individualized attention that everyone hopes for in their dental care. His assistants are also wonderful!

My daughter has received excellent care by Dr. Hancock and his staff. They don’t just come in and do great work. They come in and talk to my daughter and show that they have taken the time to get to know her so it becomes personalized for her which increases her comfort level. It’s not just small talk either. Then they do the great work and explain what they’re doing to me and my daughter every step of the way. Never had any issues with scheduling or needing to reschedule. We lucked out when we chose them and we are grateful that we did. Check them out for yourself. I don’t leave reviews a lot of the time but felt the need to do so here. I highly recommend Dr Hancock.

Dr.Hancock and staff are absolutely AMAZING! My son is currently getting Invisalign & it’s been such an easy and non stressful process because of this practice! They come to Winchester, Va twice a week which makes it very easy for us and no traveling! They are so quick to respond to emails and phone calls with any concerns. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for an orthodontist for their child!

Dr Hancock and his staff are wonderful! My 11 year old had a bad experience with a previous Dentist and was petrified of going to Shenandoah Smiles and Hancock Orthodontics. After ONE visit, she felt at ease. She now goes in by herself!!! Dr Hancock put braces on her 2/12. Her smile lights up a room!!! Thank you Hancock Orthodontics for everything!!!! Dr. Hancock and his staff are totally awesome. My granddaughter is 8 and she is so relaxed and comfortable around the entire staff. They are all very professional and knowledgeable. Dr Hancock and his staff are phenomenal. The ladies in the front are kind, personable and helpful. The dental assistants are knowledgeable and make my son feel comfortable. The office itself is clean and up-to-date. Hancock Orthodontics has many engaging incentives for children, or adults, to take care of their spacers, braces, etc. My son earns token towards a gift card everytime he comes to an appointment with a clean spacer that isnt broken. I love that I don’t have to nag or remind him to be responsible, he has an incentive from Dr Hancock. Dr Hancock himself is very skilled, charismatic, and honest. I couldn’t recommend this practice enough.

Wonderful staff who always greets us with a smile, remembers past conversations my daughter has had with them, and try to accommodate the best timing for us. The coin system motivates my 9 yr old to be more compliant than she otherwise might be. Dr.Hancock is professional and knowledgeable and I feel confident we are getting the right care for my kids.

Dr Hancock and his staff are the best. We moved to MA and come back during the holidays for treatment. It has worked out really well. Front receptionists and billing staff are friendly and nice. The waiting room is done up really well and the music playing is always good.

Dr. Hancock provided excellent early intervention treatment for our child, including a palate expander to open up their narrow jaw and palate, and then brought their crossbite into alignment. This was so successful that it appears they may not require a phase 2! The staff is wonderfully kind and I have found appointment scheduling to be easy! We highly recommend their team!

I can begin to say how appreciative we are for Dr. Hancock and staff. 5 stars all the way around. The only thing that could be better would be another office closer to me. Thankfully he splits time between Winchester and Leesburg so we can see him at the Winchester office. My daughter is on her second round of braces and he’s done wonders for her. I would recommend to anyone.

An amazing place to go for Invisalign. They have been the most accommodating throughout out the whole process. The front desk secretaries are the nicest people. As an adult getting Invisalign I was slightly embarrassed at first, but that all flew away when I worked with these great people. One of the best services I have ever received.

Hancock orthodontist really is amazing! I’ve been trying to find someone who would help with treatment for my sister and I and Dr. Hancock really knows his stuff. All the other places I checked would charge me 3x more than Hancock orthodontist for a very lengthy treatment. Dr. Hancock even has treatment options to shorten the length of time you’re in braces! (if you’re eligible) I highly recommend calling in for a consultation with Dr. Hancock!And the staff is very friendly and helpful as well, they really care about the improvement of a patients teeth.

Several family members including myself have been a patient of Dr. Hancock. He is so kind and gentle and an outstanding orthodontist. My (now)grown daughter lives 3 hours away and still chose him for her care because she trusts him so much! My youngest is a current patient and we could t be happier. 5 out of 5 all the way!

Excellent Orthodontists! I have taken my daughter for over a year there for her braces. The staff has always been kind but also efficient and professional. My daughter unfortunately broke her leg a couple months ago. They were extremely accommodating and when I missed an appointment because of the many I had been going to for the leg break then they didn’t make me feel horrendous for doing so. They are understanding and the dental assistants are very engaging with my daughter making her smile everytime she leaves. Her teeth are really starting to look fantastic.

Dr. Hancock and his staff are nothing short of awesome. Both my mom and sister have gotten their braces done at Hancock Orthodontics and referred me with no hesitation. I got a discount on my braces because I was referred by two people. Everyone is so nice. You get to choose 1 free tie-dye shirt out of 6 options with their business name on the front at your consultation. Let me not forget to mention wearing the shirt gets you rewards if you wear it to your appointments. There are just so many incentives. The office is definitely social media savvy and has advanced and modern technology when it comes to the tools they use. Dr. Hancock really took his time with me to explain everything in detail so I knew what to expect. The thoroughness exceeded my expectations for sure.

I have 1 who just got her braces off and one about to get hers on with Hancock and they have been great. We had our 1st consultation over 3 yrs ago where he told us to wait on braces. Because we waited until her mouth was ready she only had to have her braces for less than a year! We are doing the same with my 12 yr old – spacer now and will wait until all teeth are in to put on the braces for a shorter time. GREAT office staff, easy to get an appointment, no wait time when you come in. Fun kid incentive program of tokens and gift cards – kids want to go to their appointments! Over all excellent experience – 1 kid down 2 more to go and we’ll be sticking with Hancock

Dr. Handcock is the absolute best. I have been bothering him with all of my wants for a perfect smile. He has been so honest, patient and comforting through it all. I decided to get Invisalign with his practice and couldn’t be happier. Him and his team are so welcoming to the fact that I have a baby with me each check in- they make us fit right in. They have the warmest staff that works with your schedule and continues to adjust to any needs! I highly recommend Handcock orthodontics.

Top notch orthodontist and staff! Dr. Hancock and Christine, our dental tech, were phenomenal, kind and patient in working with my child, who struggles with sensory issues and anxiety, which can be especially difficult when dealing with his mild outbursts and nervous panic when hands and dental tools are being placed in the mouth. I can’t say enough about how well Christine, and Dr. Hancock, worked with my child to show how being understanding, patient, and compassionate can go a long ways to help someone who struggles with getting dental work done. I am so thankful to have such a great team of professionals to take my children to for top notch exceptional care. Genuinely appreciative of the time we were given to address any concerns and struggles with my child’s dental care routine. You all made this experience a lot less stressful for us! I take my daughter to the winchester office and she absolutely loves them. They explained step by step what they were doing. They Directly spoke to my daughter and ask if she has any questions which makes her feel special and comfortable. I really like the incentives they have for the kids to take better care of there braces, example the shirt, tokens to receive gift cards. Just an all around great place with a great friendly staff.
